Edit permission for filter leads to error page

We are seeing an issue preventing users and admins from editing permission for saved filters.

Jira -> Issues -> "Pick Filter" -> Details -> Edit Permissions.

You get this error:

This page can't be displayed. Contact support for additional information. The incident ID is: 4625297246530339137, 6921487750573779307.

Please let me know if anybody has seen these errors and how they were resolved.

This ended up being an internal firewall issue. It has been resolved.

Hello Adam,

Have you checked your log files to see what else is logged there to help identifying the issue? If you are not sure where to do that, please go to JIRA_HOME/log/ and run a tail on the following log file: atlassian-jira.log. Afterwards, reproduce the behaviour one more time and paste what the message says.
