The repository returned an unknown project. Please update the repository attributes.
I get this error under Indigo as well as Juno.
By using the Nightly Build of the Atlassian Connector I am now able to pull JIRA information in to Mylyn.
The update site for nightly builds is: http://update.atlassian.com/atlassian-eclipse-plugin/rest/nightly/e3.6/
