I have 2 accounts that use the Epic Link dimension. On one of the reports show the epic links's name (ticket summary) and on the other the epic link's id (issue key).

It looks like the first account shows Epics under a project (Process Management) while the second account doesn't recognize a project. No idea why is that.

Here are the differences:

Bad:

Hi Peter,

I assume these issues are from different projects (different issue keys), as well as different reports. Could you please send exported report definitions to support@eazybi.com for a further investigation?

Ilze,

Your support team pointed me to the right direction - the Epic issue type wan't part of the import of that account. After adding it too all is good.

Hi Peter,

Looks like both the reports are from different servers.

They are from same server, same data source. Just different accounts
