E-mail from Bamboo does not trigger issue creation in JIRA-servicedesk


Our JIRA-servicedesk is configured to create JIRA service desk issues if email is received to dedicated address.It works fine for all our users, but issue creation does not work if email is sent from Bamboo.

Do you know what might be the problem?

This widget could not be displayed.


The mail handler in JIRA has an attribute, called "Bulk". If this is set to Ignore, please try to change it to "Accept and process".

JIRA may recognize Bamboo emails containing the Precendence:Bulk header.

I cannot find "Bulk" JIRA email attribute. Could you please specify where I can find it?
