E-Mail Adress can't be found when creating issues with the CSV importer

Hi everbody,

I'm using the CSV importer to create a lot of similar tickets in one rush.

We fill a lot of different fields in our CSV which works perfectly.

One of our prefilled fields is the "reporter" field. In our CSV we put here the e-mail adress of the person, who should be assigend as reporter in the ticket. This also works almost perfectly. We just have problems with e-mail adresses which contain a "-" in the name such as "anna-lena.winkler@cancom.de". 

Till now, it worked with all other e-mail adresses, thats why I think the Problem is "-" inbetween the name.

How can we solve this problem, so that the e-mail adress will be recognized correct and user will be assigned as reporter?
