Complementing what Ramiro said, if you are using a custom field, remember to update the custom field context for the Project/Issue Type. Also, you can use the JIRA Admin Helper to see why the field is not appearing.
Complementando o que o Ramiro disse, se tu estás usando um Custom Field, lembra de atualizar as configurações do campo e adicionar um contexto para o Project e Issue Type que tu ta usando. Tem também um plugin (que já vem integrado nos JIRAs novos) que te mostra o porque de um campo não estar aparencendo.

Could you explain what you have done so far? Added the field to which screens and projects and issue types?
Hi, in fact this is portuguese ;) Anderson you have to assign an issue screen to your issue type and add the field you want to that screen. Remember that there are 3 types of screen: Edit, Create and View. Here you have some docs:
