Duplicated email from filter subscription

Hi All,

one of my user met the problem that he got always 2 emails form a filter subscription. The emails arrives in the same minute one followed by the other. The content of the emails are exactly the same.

We had subscribed to this filter with my colleague but we got only 1 email from this filter so we didn't meet this problem.

As far as I remember I saw the same problem here in the forum but I didn't find anymore.

Have you ever find a problem like this? Can you please suggest?
