Duplicate user accounts after import in On-Demand

Hi All,

Recently we ran a FogBugz import and after doing so one of my users has a duplicate user account. I know how to delete a duplicate if I am hosting Jira myself but I am unable to get to the osuser.xml in the On-Demand environment.

Please advise.

If disabling the duplicate user account via the UI is not an alternative, you may report a ticket with Atlassian Support - https://support.atlassian.com/- and we will be glad to help you address this problem.
