Hi,

Upon transition 1 email should be sent to an external user though I see the following issues.

1. If I test with Hotmail I get 2x of the same email.

2. If i use Gmail I recieve the HTML formatted email template and shortly follows with another email template from the TEXT configuration. Which if then modity the TEXT configuration of the template this text shows upon the second email.

very confusing, any help would be greatful.

I am seeing this problem as well. Any response JETI devs???? I can prove that my workflow only has a single instance of this post function present for the transition that executed, yet the email history for the issue shows 3 identical emails being sent from workflow, all within the same minute.
