Due Date of the task is not updated when the task is link

Scenario: 

We have task that block and Block by and when we modify the due date of the Parent task it s not updating the due date of the Child Task.

The update will only show if I Open the ''Child Task'' but in the dashboash it will still show the old information.

To have the proper information I have to Select Modify and save than It will show the proper information.

An issue link is nothing but a piece of information that you must use to your advantage. That means updating the duedate on an issue will not impact the linked issues.

You could use custom scripting to fit your needs with a plug-in such as ScriptRunner.
