Due Date not showing on transition screen

I want the user to be able to edit the Due Date only during a specific transition, but the system field isn't showing up on the transition screen even though I have added the 'Due Date' to that custom screen. Also the due date field has values and cannot be edited at anytime except on the transition screen.

Any reason for why I am not seeing Due Date?

Check whether the user has the permission to Schedule Issues in the permission scheme.

Hi @Prav 

Just check if the user has 'Schedule issue' permission in the project permission scheme. If not, enable it for the user to modify Due date field.
