Cesar Viatela Roman May 31, 2022

Los servicios que tenemos son :
- Jira v8.3.0 ( Licencia Starter )
- Bitbucket ( Licencia Starter )

Hi Cesar,

Welcome to the Atlassian community. Please be advised that we only provide support in English and Japanese.

On a best efforts basis, I believe you are asking about:

  • what happens if your Jira license expires
  • migration support costs
  • migration process

Firstly, with respect to Jira, this will depend on whether you have a Jira Server or Jira Data Center licence. For Jira server, you can continue to use Jira, however, you are no longer entitled to support or upgrades, for example, in the case of a critical vulnerability, you cannot install a patch due to a license mismatch. For Jira Data Center, you can login, however, Jira will not be usable as your end users cannot create new Jira issues.

Secondly, please see https://confluence.atlassian.com/support/atlassian-support-offerings-193299636.html

Migrations planning and support are complimentary services afforded to existing commercial on-premise and Cloud Atlassian customers. As such it does not follow the support offering levels for cloud or DC paid support packages. Migrations support follows Standard response SLA, and includes pre-scheduled weekend support for customers migrating 250+ users in Jira Service Management or 1k+ users in Confluence and/or Jira Software, based on availability.

Thirdly, please have a look at the following pages for an overview of the process:

These will give you a great overview of the migration process and everything involved.

For Bitbucket, the concepts are similar.

Jimmy
