Hi @Naveen L and welcome to the community!

On my instance I don't have this behaviour. Can you provide with a gif of the problem you've found? What kind of browser are you using, and what system you are own?

Have to try to clear your cache and try from and incognito window to see if the problem persists?

Browser: MS Edge Version 102.0.1245.44

Jira version: Jira v8.20.10

@Naveen L we as a community can't really fix anything. We are not part of Atlassian.

I've tested on my instance, jira 8.20.10, chrome latest version, but couldn't reproduce your problem. To me everything works nice and smooth.

I would suggest that you:

  • try with a new browser.
  • deactivate possibly any extension you might have on your browser
  • ask your colleagues if they are experiencing the same problem.
