I'm currently using JIRA 6.4.8 with Service Desk 2.5.9 and I'm not seeing any option to export my custom reports to a .csv file or an option to drill down into each data point on my reports.
I was able to find documentation on how to do this with the cloud version of Service Desk 3.0, but I can't find anything about it on any version previous. Was this just not a feature until 3.0 and higher?
Looks like there's added functionality in these reports in the newly released 3.2! Not sure it's all you're looking for but the improvements look pretty nice.
