We just installed the draw.io plugin for Jira 6.3.14 and anytime we hit the save button we get an error: "Error saving file." I found one other discussion on this but the fix was upgrading to postgres 4.0, but we are using a MySQL db. Any ideas?
The fix is implemented in 4.2.0.1 version of the plugin which will be out later today. Cheers.
We've managed to repeat the problem and will have a fix soon. This seems to be related to JIRA 6.3 and below.

4.2.0.2 is out with the fix. 4.2.0.1 has a problem with attachment properties. The contents are safe but to fix the JIRA ticked updating issue, you need to install 4.2.0.2 and save every diagram edited with 4.2.0.1. So just open up the diagram and click 'Save'.

Hi - this is still an issue with 4.2.0.2, we are getting the 'Error Saving File' message and the file will not export.
