Drag and drop is not working

In the planning board it is not possible to drag cards. When using IE the following error is logged:

  • The issues I like to drag and drop have a RANK field and sorting is set to use that field.
  • All users have "Schedule" rights.
  • The project is using the Scrum template
  • JIRA: 5.05
  • Greenhoppr: 5.9.7.3
  • Browsers tested with: IE and Chrome

Could someone advise what might be wrong with my configuration?

Problems caused by:

          Vendor                                        : iDalko - tools for agile teams
          Description                                   : This is the table grid plugin for Atlassian JIRA.
 
Disabling plugin resolved h issue
