Download Bamboo and OnDemand Jira Connect

We have Download Bamboo working but not sure how to have it put the builds on OnDemand Jira.

How Can I connect these two?

You will need to create an application link from OnDemand JIRA to your Bamboo server. Bamboo will need to run via both HTTP and HTTPS protocols on the ports 80 and 443. A step-by-step for doing a similar task can be found here.

The step by step process looks like it wants a standalone version of Jira, not Ondemand.

We currently have our download version of Bamboo building, but we have no where to put the builds.

Not sure how to make the builds show up in jira. When we try to go through Application Links, it seems very difficult to connect them. When I try to go through bamboo, it tells me "The Remote application is not able to connect to 'Atlassian Bamboo'(Bamboo) by using the URL: ''"

When I try to go through Jira OnDemand I get ""Bamboo Trial" (Bamboo) is not registered as a service provider and "Atlassian JIRA" (JIRA) cannot make requests using OAuth."

You probably have it working already, however for others that may be interested, there is a document that explains linking stand-alone Bamboo with JIRA OnDemand:
