Doubts about migrating to Jira Cloud From Jira Server

Hi,

We have a doubt about the migration from Jira Server to Jira Cloud.

We have 64 users, and We see this message

From May 1, 2022, we’ve discontinued Server to Cloud migrations using Site Import if you’re looking to migrate 1-1000 users. If you’re looking to migrate more than 1000 users, Site Import will continue to be available until further notice.

What is the alternative for the migration to Jira Cloud?

The Atlassian Cloud Migration Assistant is the Atlassian tool for migrations from Server to cloud. Download it at the link and it will take you through the steps. I have successfully used it for a Server/cloud migration for 150 users.

The migration is a project in itself, and you should go through the assessment, planning, prepping, testing stages prior to migration. These resources should help you: https://www.atlassian.com/migration
