Don't show all comments on Email Notifications

Hello

Is there a way to not show all comments on email notifications ?

We are currently using JIRA as an ITIL system. There are scenerios where we don't want all comments to be published on the email notifications. For example you may add a technical comment that we don't want the Reporter to see.

Is this possible ?

You could change the visibility of the comment. If it's not visible for the reporter, the reporter doesn't get a notification. But I suspect, that's not what you want...
