Don't have "Create a User Macro" in admin console

I'm want to create a user macro, but I don't have the "Create a User Macro" link in the admin console. I can get to the console, but there is no link there. I'm running Confluence 5.4-OD-21-019. Am I missing some permission I need to have to do this? Can someone please help me solve this issue, to where I can use that link?

Hi Alexandra,

You are using Confluence in OnDemand, right?

User Macros are unfortunately not an option in Confluence OnDemand. See this page for details
