We use the Jira Service Desk Product.
We have Jira User accounts that are currently using SSO against Azure AD to authenticate.
We also have Customer accounts to our Jira Service Desk product but they are unable to use SSO and require separate usernames and passwords.
I would like to know if there is an option for customers to use SSO for Jira Service DEesk
Are you using cloud or server?
I work with a vendor that support SSO for both JIRA an Jira Service Desk, but we only support server.
