Does the Cloud offering for JIRA Service Desk encrypt the data in the database

Hi,

Thanks Nic for your response.  I did read that document about the security.    My question probably isn't clear enough, sorry.   I need to know if the data stored in the Database for JIRA Service Desk is encrypted.   The article does say the database backup data stored offsite is encrypted, but doesn't mention if the production data in the database is encrypted.

No, sorry, you were clear, I thought it covered it in that page. It's not encrypted, to the best of my knowledge. Not that it matters, because it's Cloud and in a secured data centre.
