Does "How does your team work?" Change anything?

When you first create a new Jira (cloud) site, it asks you this.

Does changing those fields change anything? If so, what?

Or is it just giving Atlassian feedback?

Jira Software uses this information to recommend a project template for your team, such as Scrum or Kanban. You can view all available project templates by clicking on "Advanced".
