Does jira garantee any kind of no downtime on cloud products?

I was searching within the documentation and plans. Didn’t find any references to that.

Atlassian guarantees 99.90% uptime for Premium products and 99.95% uptime for Enterprise products.

You can check the details at Service Level Agreement for Atlassian cloud products

We have had cases where Atlassian did not achieve their uptime target, and made a compensation claim. The process is quite smooth.

NOTE: Because this is a Monthly uptime target they won't finalize compensation until after the end of the calendar month of the outage.
