Does a story cycle time includes sub-task cycle time under the story?

I pull the report using Time in Status and collect the cycle time.  I see both story & sub-task under the story with cycle time.  Does the sub-task cycle time is part of the parent story cycle time?

The sub-tasks have their own cycle-time.

It, of course, included in the cycle-time of the parent issue, as they are running in parallel, but the sub-task's time is not double-counted.
