Does JIRA IDE Connector for Visual Studio Ver 1.3.11 support Visual Studio 2008?

Hello, I am using Visual Studio 2008 for my own and I wonder whether latest IDE connector (V1.3.11) supports VS2008 as well.

As per the release history of IDE connector as follow, there is no explicit saying about supporing VS2008. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/PLVS/versions

If not supported,

1. Do you have plan to support VS2008 with latest IDE Connector?

2. What is the latest version of IDE connector which support VS 2008?
