Does JETI support Customer Satisfaction?

JETI does not support it out of the box. Here is the feature request on the matter:

However, workaround solutions may be implemented. Emails sent upon transitions with links pointing to the Satisfaction endpoints.

You should be able to build such a template and send out upon events or transitions.

Is there any new Status for that? Problem for us is:


We use JETI Notification for public comments. But if you close an issue with public comment - the JETI notification is sent - but of course without the satisfaction survey!

That is a real problem.


Any ideas?






please forget my problem - now we get two emails. This one from JETI and the mail from Jira for the satisfaction survey.


It is okay this way for us.
