JETI does not support it out of the box. Here is the feature request on the matter: https://metainf.atlassian.net/browse/JETI-1432
However, workaround solutions may be implemented. Emails sent upon transitions with links pointing to the Satisfaction endpoints.
You should be able to build such a template and send out upon events or transitions.
Is there any new Status for that? Problem for us is:
We use JETI Notification for public comments. But if you close an issue with public comment - the JETI notification is sent - but of course without the satisfaction survey!
