Does the DVCS connector for JIRA Server 7.1.6 and Github support two factor authentication for github accounts?

In order to link a github repo to Jira via the DVCS connector, you need three different pieces of information:

  1. Team or User Account
  2. Client ID
  3. Client Secret

These three pieces of data are required to configure this.  Since this is not simply a username and password to configure, I believe that this does technically qualify as a two factor authentication.   The key and secret is not something readily known by the user, but this is something that you can generate within github provided your account has the permissions needed to do so.
