Does Atlassian use glibc? If so, is the version vulnerable to getaddrinfo exploit?

Hi

Did you get an answer from Atlassian on this?

This is what i got from support:

"Regarding to your question, it will be an operating system issue. Atlassian products do not use the glibc library directly.

As for now, we do not have any known ticket related to affect after upgrade the version of glibc. You may try upgrade it on a test instance before deploy it on the production if possible. This is to reduce the risk and impact when upgrading it to the production. If you have any questions and doubt, please feel free to contact us.

Regards
Kent"

Hope this helps you...
