Does Atlassian Products support speech synthesis?

Hi There,

I have a blind analyst (!)  - and we are migrating to Confluence, JIRA and Bitbucket, does anyone have users on JIRA, Confluence or Bitbucket using Windows speech synthesis or other equivalent tools?
