Hello Lynn, the roadmap plugin was developed as a side project from the a group of developers, the closest from a documentation we do have is listed in the repos wiki tab. For JIRA Drag and Drop Attachment Plugin the scenario is similar, with no traceable documentation, being an as it is plugin.
