Do we need to use a Service Desk Agent licence for Service Desk Notifications? Currently we have the service-desk-notification user added to our Service Desk Agent group meaning it takes up one of our 25 Service Desk Agent licences, is this required?
Hi without knowing why you have a user named service-desk-notification I can't really answer your question.
But you don't need a user for notifications. The documentation you linked to applies.
