Do notifications get sent when importing issues via csv?

It's not spelled out in the documentation that I can see. I have done it many times but don't recall. Just set the Notification Scheme to None. Import your issues and then re-enable your scheme. I would expect that if you have notifications going out on Create Issue that it would do just that.
