Currently we have Jira 6.0.5 installed on Linux (CentOS) Server. We need to upgrade Jira to latest version (6.3). Jira Support period has been expired. Do I need to renew license before upgradation of Jira? Please suggest on this.

We can't tell from the SEN (We're not Atlassian, we're end users like you) but you probably do to renew the licences.
Your licence entitles you to use (and upgrade to) any version of Jira released before the END of the licence period.
If your licence expired before 6.3 was released, you can NOT upgrade to it. So the question is when did your licence period end?

Ok, then no, you don't need to renew to upgrade to 6.3, the last version was out at the beginning of this month.

We have license version of Jira but support period has been expired.
If we upgrade jira with latest version without support period renewal process so will jira work properly with upgraded version.

You can't upgrade without paying.

Meera,
You can upgrade to 6.3 since this version was release at the beggining of July and your license expired by the end of July. Unfortunately you are not eligiable for support since the license is expired.
Hope it helps to clarify!
