Do I need a JIRA Agile license for JIRA 6.4.6?

Do I need a JIRA Agile license for JIRA 6.4.6 or is the license covered by the JIRA Software license? I refer to the comment at the top of this page related to downloading the add-in:

Hi Mark,

You can use the Jira Software license to license JIRA Agile in 6.x versions.  In 7.x Agile is included in JIRA Software and isn't a separate component. 

This is from the JIRA 7 Migration Hub - Licensing Changes portion:

If you renew your license after JIRA Software is released, you'll automatically be given a JIRA Software license (not a JIRA license). Your JIRA Software license will work with both JIRA and JIRA Agile. (In other words, you can paste the JIRA Software license into the license box for JIRA Agile if needed). JIRA Software licenses are backward-compatible to JIRA 5.2 and later. For information about compatibility between licenses and applications, see the JIRA license compatibility matrix.
