Hello everybody,

we have a question to Burndown and active sprints.

We have active sprints (status is in work) but the Burndown do not displays this issues as a path.

Only when we resolved an issue it will be displayed in this red path.

What can we do to see issues in status( in work)  on Burndown?

Best Regards,

Sven

Community Leaders are connectors, ambassadors, and mentors. On the online community, they serve as thought leaders, product experts, and moderators.

You are seeing exactly how JIRA Software/Agile is setup to work with only the completion of an activity impacting the remaining values. There is no way to change this at present.

Not exactly. The burndown chart have 2 configurations on when it will burn down (red line). You can either set it to burn on Closed Issues OR burn on Logged Hours. This entirely depends on what is the "Estimation" that you have used in your board.
