Displaying custom fields inside a Project

I created Ticket Number and Estimated Time of completion fields in JIRA. I am trying to add these 2 fields to show up inside all tasks for a specific project.  How do I do that?

I want these 2 fields to show up in this screen. I don't want these fields to show up for other projects.

You  can add/create it to the specific project screen in your configuration

Yes you go to the field configuration and create a new once then  with the fields you would have in the project on the next steps you create a field scheme and the last point is you go to the prject setting and ad the field schem to the project and delete the old one
