We have JIRA setup withLDAP/AD. We just reached  500 limit and know we do not have that many users.

Does JIRA count test accounts in LDAP as active users?

I need to remove old users from the active pool.

How do we remove old users in bulk? Some are test logins in AD/LDAP only

Bulk edit to set users to INACTIVE .

How to display users last login and  set to inactive

JIRA 5.2.4.1  Confluence 4.3  Sync'd with LDAP

There is no such thing as a "test" account when it comes to JIRA/Confluence. If it can use the system then it uses a license. After all hey have no idea what is a "test" account and what isn't. As for managing users if you have the user directory linked to AD/LDAP set up your LDAP filter to only include users who should be able to access the system. So, for instance set you user filter make sure that only people who are in the confluence-users group and don't have a disabled AD/LDAP account can log in. That way if they are removed from the AD/LDAP group or their account is disabled then they will be removed as users from Confluence/JIRA.

We do not have LDAP/AD groups setup that way.  So all our test accounts in LDAP are visible  in JIRA, however they do not show active.

So is there a way in JIRA to view all activer users by recent login then deactivate in bulk?
