I've read the Documentation about defining custom screens and adding custom fields (https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Defining+a+Screen).
I'd like to know if it's possible to to display the tabs from the "edit screen" in the "view screen"? Currently all custom fields are shown in the "Details" area on the "view screen".
I think I figured it out.
Until now, I had created only one new tab in which I've placed all of my custom fields. The solution is to create at least two tabs and to place your custom fields across both tabs.
Then you can have a view-screen like here (see the image below the headline "How does Nýherji use JIRA as a help desk?") http://blogs.atlassian.com/2012/05/using-jira-and-tempo-as-a-help-desk/
Tricky jira :P
