Discovered everyone can browse my jira - no login required

My laptop crashed so worked on a different pc. Browsed to jira (download on own server) and discovered everything was viewable for everyone! Not able to comment/close or anything, but you can read everything.

Where can I close Jira so anyone how surf to an issue not logged in comes on the login dashboard?

I working with the Default Permission template.

Is this the 'Jira users' group? I'm not sure about the whole users/ groups thing and how it works..

Remove the Anyone group from the Browse permission in your permission scheme. IIRC you can also disable jira being accessed anonymously completely, if that's what you want.
