Hi, I'm connecting JIRA up to synchronise with Active Directory, but want to disable the notification that gets sent to each new user with their JIRA account info (these users won't be logging into JIRA, they will just be reporters).
If I set a default local group that doesn't have login permission, is this enough to suppress this notification, or can it be turned off elsewhere?
I realise I could disable outgoing email, sync and then re-enable, but this wouldn't work when new people are added to Active Directory.
