Disable users on Jira OnDemand

I need to disable some users from access to Jira OnDemand. The documentation says that's possible from the administering users.

But I cannot see the "disable" link nor a button. In the administering users screen there's an Application Access checkbox. Is it that? Is it the same thing?

check for the user do not be any component lead.

you remove any such thing exists, then edit the user profile and uncheck the Active Checkbox,
