I don't want to let others to create jira accounts by their own.
Is there any possibility to disable the signup option.

Change Jira mode to Private from Admin -> System -> General Configuration.

There is no Mode
I also don't see a "Mode" option. How can this be done for Jira cloud?
No Mode in my UI.
