Disable ability to make profile private in JIRA Cloud?

Is there a way to disable users ability to make their profile private in JIRA Cloud? As this is a business tool, used internally, employees should be able to use names instead of just usernames.

Hi Lenard,

You can make the accounts managed by validating a domain you own.  To make your users' accounts managed, their account email addresses must be on a domain you or your organization owns and can verify. Refer to Domain verification for details on how to verify your domain.

Please see more about the types of Cloud accounts at Administer Atlassian accounts and this Communites post.

Cheers,

Branden

Thanks, Branden. Unfortunately, it's not that simple for us.

How about the case of GSuite logins? We're currently connected, since the change in authentication forced us to reconnect, but haven't chosen a way to sync users, yet. The docs were unclear about the method to pull user info in, so we were not prepared.

If we start syncing from a group would that force control of our internal users? And what about external users? We have both external and internal users (on our domain and not).
