in reference to How to remove Service Desk Comment Template I would like you to disable the automatic template for our Service Desk installation until it is customizeable. If you have the Chance to customize I'm happy to give you our requirements for a customization, or if there is a way to get access to the feature myself I'm happy to take over again.

We can't help you with that, we're end users, not Atlassian support.
The link you gave has an answer that suggests Atlassian support will do it though, so I think you should take it up with them.
