Disable Send / Cancel Button in JIRA SERVICE MANAGEMENT FORM

Hi guys can I asked if it is possible to disable or hide the send/cancel button on the jira form

If you disable or hide this, it makes the whole form pointless, as people won't be able to do what the form is asking for.

What are you trying to achieve with this?

What I am trying to achieve is that it will just look like a description at all . No send button or cancel button . So is it possible??

No, because that would make the field pointless.  If you don't want to use this, just remove the "supporting documents" field from the request.
