Firstly, I am sorry if this was posted in any time before, but I couldn't find anything relating to my issue.
My problem is quite strange.
We got a ticket, which is shown as "New" in search bar and everywhere else, but when I open it, it is shown as "Waiting". My confusion comes from a fact, that this is first time ever that I encounter this type of bug.
Is there a way how to repair it? Maybe by switching to another Status, and then switching back? May it be caused by the fact, that this is a Linked issue? Any advice will be helpful and I thanks a lot in advance.

Something you could try is run a reindex of your Jira instance. When you see things like this, it is usually because the index and the database have somehow gotten out of sync.
