Difference between "project" and "Goals" in Atlas

Hello community! I hope they go very well. I want to consult you regarding the correct use of Atlas. Specifically in the difference between Project and Goals (not a jira project but the one created in Atlas). I have this confusion about how it should be treated, if the atlas project involves several Goals or the Goals can contain several projects. In addition, this understands their hierarchies among other things. I read the documentation but I can't clearly close the concept. Thank you so much!

Project: 

• Definition: a collection of tasks that need to be completed to achieve a certain outcome
• Scope: Defined scope, timeline, and deliverables.
• Usage: Use projects to manage specific initiatives with clear deliverables and timeline

Goals:

• Definition: High-level objectives or outcomes the organization or team aims to achieve.
• Scope: Broader vision, encompassing multiple projects and initiatives.
• Usage: Use goals to define strategic, long-term outcomes that align projects and initiatives toward common objectives.

Here's an example:

Goal: Increase Market Share by 10% in the Next Year

• Project 1: Launch new marketing campaign
  • Tasks: design materials, etc...
• Project 2: Expand product line
  • Tasks: research market needs, develop new products, etc...
