Development Panel missing

Today we noticed the Development Panel is missing from JIRA.  Where did it go?

Our Cloud instance was fixed by sending a request to restart our JIRA instance to support.  JRA-45360 was exactly our problem.

Same here, we have not made changes and Today we noticed the development panel has disappeared. We use JIRA Cloud.

The usual problem is that the Permission Scheme was modified so the user doesn't have permissions to view the Development panel.

Same for us. Is it possible that there was a JIRA release that could have caused it to disappear? We are also on JIRA Cloud and did not make any changes recently that would have caused it to disappear. I noticed that we our Development Integration Plugin was disabled and why trying to re-enable it, it is telling us that there is an error preventing it from doing so.

If you are using JIRA Cloud, I would recommend you to reach directly to the Support Team to found out why the panel is missing.
