Dependency visual linkage missing in Portfolio 2.0

I have set up my dependencies on my stories in my JIRA project and they show on the individual story panel in portfolio in the scope view.  When I click on the respective story bar in the timeline it does not show the vertical line and the subsequent highlighting of the blocked or blocking story.  Am I missing some definition?

I have the same issue in 2.1.3. It seems to be OK until you hit commit changes and then the line disappears and the issues move back to where they were scheduled before.

Thanks for your response.  I am at 2.1.2 and will upgrade to 2.1.3 today.  Was hoping that would resolve.

I'm going to log a call with Atlassian and see what happens

Lynsey, the issue is with IE.  Once I moved over to Chrome the problem resolved itself.
